Our world since the pandemic has been going through an unprecedented uncertainties. Job losses, financial distresses for nations, corporations, families and individuals. However responses to this situation particularly for individuals and families has made lives worse than ever. Many have resorted to alcoholism, drugs and other antisocial means of suppressing their emotional imbalance. But God has the best and effective remedy for Man's emotional exhaustion.

Self- control protects you from harm and allows you to fulfil God's purpose for your life. Without self-control, you will be mastered by your moods, which wildly swing back and forth. God gave you emotions, but you can't be mastered by them.
